An end-to-end operations system: a sales control tower, blind operations pricing with best-valid-rate selection, a 22-step job status engine with vendor assignment, three-way cost approval, invoicing and collections, 15 sales KPIs with commission, and an AI sales manager that reads but never writes. English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout.
The problem
A freight forwarder runs on handoffs: a salesperson quotes, operations prices, a vendor moves the cargo, finance invoices and collects. Each handoff lived in a different spreadsheet or chat thread, so margins leaked, approvals were informal and nobody could say who changed what.
What we built
One system with a role for every seat. Sales see their own customers and nothing else. Operations price blind, without seeing the customer margin. Finance approves vendor costs against the quote and the job before anything is paid. Every change is written to an audit log the database itself refuses to update or delete.
Why it matters for public buyers
The controls a freight forwarder needs are the controls a ministry needs: segregation of duties, approvals enforced in code, and an audit trail that stands up to review. Freovia runs on Cloudflare with the client's data in a region they chose, and the same patterns carry straight into our government work.
