How the system fits together

End-to-end digitisation of land and property-tax operations: records, workflows, assessments, payments and reporting, delivered with training and a full handover so the department runs it independently.

The problem

Decades of records lived on paper and in disconnected spreadsheets. Assessments took weeks, citizens queued for simple enquiries, and there was no reliable audit trail.

What we built

We mapped every process with department staff before writing code, migrated and reconciled the archive, and built a case-management system with a citizen portal on top. Every change is attributed and reversible.

Handover

Source code, documentation and infrastructure were transferred to the department, with staff trained to operate and extend the system without us.
