05How we deliver

  1. 1

    Discovery

Two to four weeks with your team to map processes, data and constraints. You receive a written scope, architecture and estimate you can attach to a tender.

  2. 2

    Build in the open

Working software every two weeks, on your infrastructure when required. Your stakeholders see progress rather than status reports.

  3. 3

    Verify

Security review, load testing and user acceptance with your staff before anything is called done.

  4. 4

    Hand over and support

Documentation, training and a support agreement with defined response times. You own the code.

06Compliance and security

  • Data residency and sovereignty

We deploy on-premise, in government clouds and in sovereign regions. Data location, encryption at rest and in transit, and key management are agreed in writing before build starts.

  • Security

Role-based access, full audit logs and least-privilege infrastructure are standard. We support independent penetration testing before go-live and fix findings as part of the contract.

  • Ownership and handover

You own the source code and the infrastructure. Every engagement ends with documentation, training and a handover checklist signed by your team.

  • Arabic and accessibility

Interfaces are designed bilingually with proper right-to-left layout, Hijri and Gregorian dates, and Arabic content handling. We target WCAG 2.1 AA.

  • Procurement readiness

We respond to RFPs and RFIs with fixed-scope or time-and-materials pricing, provide company registration documents on request, and can work through local partners where required.

  • Support

Support agreements define response and resolution times by severity, with a named engineer and monthly reporting.
