A learning platform lives or dies on its content pipeline. Before the first screen was designed we built the structure for questions, answers, explanations and their relationships across thirty fields of study, and the search that makes them findable.
Billing on day one
Subscriptions, refunds and failed payments were built into the first release. Retrofitting billing is where consumer products lose months. The same experience later became Churn Solution.
What carried over to government work
Running a product used by millions taught us to design for the operator: dashboards that answer questions, logs you can search, and releases you can roll back.
